Jungian Analysis
Welcome
You have your own internal wisdom and it is trying to speak to you through your actions and reactions, habits, and symptoms. Sometimes it feels as if our lives are being run by the expectations of others. Sometimes our own symptoms seem to control us. Relationship issues, feelings of shame, meaninglessness, anxiousness and lack of purpose are some of the symptoms that may appear as a sign that something needs to change.
Jungian analysis aims to support you in understanding the unconscious patterns that have defined who you think you should be. It is my goal to support you as you gain more confidence in your own internal wisdom and accept more and more of the person you really are.
In addition to Jungian psychology, I am a student of body-oriented practices, meditation, intuitive art making, and intuitive eating. I am particularly interested in the ways in which these modalities can help us to see ourselves as we are, rather than how we think we should be, and to be as real as we possibly can be with ourselves and each other.
I am a Diploma Candidate at the International School of Analytical Psychology. As an analyst-in-training, I work under the supervision of some of the most experienced senior analysts in the world.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate”
